01 · Choose your trailer
Browse the available horse trailers and review the photos, specifications, condition and price. Choose the trailer that suits your horses and the way you travel. Email or call our team if you have any questions before ordering.
02 · Register your customer account
Create your customer account with your name, email, phone number and complete delivery address. Enter your street, city, state, ZIP code and country so we have the details needed for your order. If you already have an account, simply sign in.
03 · Place your order
Once signed in, open your chosen trailer and select Start your order. Choose the available delivery and payment options, check your details and submit your order request. Our team will confirm availability, the final price and the necessary paperwork with you.
04 · Paperwork ready. Full payment cleared. Then shipping.
All shipping to the buyer starts from our location. We arrange dispatch only after the full payment has cleared and all required paperwork is ready. Our team confirms the transport arrangements and delivery window with you. We offer delivery only; customer pickup is not available.
Approximate delivery times from dispatch: Priority delivery is estimated at under 5 working days; all other delivery options are estimated at 5–10 working days. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Our team confirms your delivery window when arranging shipping.

After delivery: time to inspect.
Our 15-Day Arrival Promise: You have 15 calendar days after delivery to inspect your trailer. If you find a problem or it does not match the agreed description, email or call our team within that period to request a return. We arrange collection at no additional cost and refund the trailer purchase price after collection. The original delivery charge is not refunded. We confirm the refund arrangements with you.

Every trailer we sell comes with a one-year warranty. Contact us before purchasing for the written coverage and terms, and keep the documents with your purchase records.
Need to change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be limited after paperwork is complete or transportation has been scheduled.
Have a trailer of your own to sell?
