By using the Westmoor Trailers website or accessing its information and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the website.

Westmoor Trailers markets preowned horse trailers on behalf of their owners. We publish listings, manage inquiries, guide the sale, prepare the necessary paperwork and arrange shipping. A listing does not mean the trailer is stored at our location while advertised.

Inventory, prices, specifications, and availability can change without prior notice. We aim to provide accurate photos, descriptions and condition information. Confirm the current availability and details with our team before making purchase or travel arrangements. The signed purchase agreement sets out the final terms of each sale.

Trailers remain at their owners' properties while listed. Once sold, they are brought to our location for the necessary paperwork and onward shipping. Contact our team to confirm the current location before arranging a viewing. We offer delivery only; customer pickup and collection are not available.

Every listed horse trailer is preowned and inspected by our team. We strive to describe each trailer accurately. Additional photos may be provided on request.

Take time to inspect your trailer after it arrives. You have 15 calendar days after delivery to inspect it and tell us if you find a problem or it does not match the agreed description.

Tell us within 15 days

Email or call our team within that period to request a return. Include your order number or trailer stock number and describe what is wrong. You need to report the problem within the 15-day period; collection does not have to be completed before that period ends.

Free collection. Your trailer price refunded.

We arrange return collection with you at no additional cost. Once the trailer has been collected, we process a refund of the trailer purchase price and confirm the refund arrangements with you. The original delivery charge is not included in the refund. We do not deduct a collection or restocking fee from your refund under this policy.

Separate from your one-year warranty

This inspection and return promise is in addition to the one-year warranty supplied with every trailer we sell. You do not have to accept a repair or replacement instead of the trailer-price refund offered under this 15-day policy. The end of the inspection period does not reduce your written warranty or rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Every horse trailer we sell comes with a one-year warranty. Contact our team for the written warranty before purchasing so you can review the coverage and terms. Keep the warranty with your purchase documents. This website summary does not replace the written warranty or limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

There is no listing fee for our consignment service. The small commission percentage is agreed with the owner before listing. We charge that commission only after the trailer is sold and delivered to its next buyer. The trailer stays at its owner's property while listed and is brought to our location after sale for paperwork and onward shipping.

Accepted payment options and documentation requirements may differ between transactions. Shipping starts from our location only once full payment has cleared and all required paperwork is ready. An order request alone does not authorise dispatch. The invoice is available in the customer account when the order is marked Waiting for payment.

After a sale, we bring the trailer from its owner's property to our location to prepare the necessary documents. All outward shipping starts from our location, after full payment has cleared and all paperwork is ready. We coordinate transportation with third-party carriers and confirm the final quote and delivery window. Delivery charges and timing depend on route availability, trailer size and destination. The calculator uses our saved shipping origin and provides a planning estimate only.

Website content, including trademarks and copyrighted material, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view or print portions for personal, non-commercial use. Written permission is required before copying, redistributing, or reusing this content.
